A boxed BSA Scorpion .22 Calibre Air Pistol manufactured by BSA in the UK between 1972-1994.
This pistols serial number is RA245 making it a very early example and possibly one of the first batch that were recalled by BSA due to apparently being too powerful.
This pistols power is, of course, set to below the UK limit for Air pistols.
This pistol is in excellent condition the blueing on the cylinder and barrel is very good showing few marks to the finish.
The plastic stock and grips are in good condition also with no splits or cracks and the is pistol is complete with its correct front and rear sights.
This pistol appears to have had very little use.
It cocks and fires with no issues.
The pistol comes with its original cardboard outer packaging , which is in very good undamaged condition and very clean polystyrene box liner. Also included are the plastic barrel cocking aid, foresight hood, BSA target holder/pellet catcher (unused), targets, sample container of pellets, instruction leaflet and test card.
A pristine example of this classic BSA Air Pistol this is the best of its kind we have seen.
